Engage With Rhode Island Communities

food drop

We know how important it is for our Office to be accessible to all Rhode Islanders, so we found a consistent way for the Office to help under-served communities by holding regular, weekly office hours at two locations in South Providence:

200 Cranston Street, Providence, RI 02907

693 Broad Street, Providence, RI 02907

While staff is on a rotating schedule, community members can walk in at any time during designated office hours and speak with someone from the our Consumer Protection Unit or Community Outreach Division. Spanish language services are available.

If an issue requires the services of another agency, our team sees to it that individuals are connected to a place that can help.

We also participate in community meetings and welcome opportunities to have conversations and share ideas.
