On December 12, 2023, the Kent County Grand Jury returned indictments charging Nicole Coulombe, Justin Kennaway, and Adonys Reyes each with one count of possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, one count of possession of possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver more than one kilogram, and one count of conspiracy to violate the Rhode Island Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

The alleged acts occurred in the town of West Greenwich on or about July 7, 2023. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

The defendants are scheduled to be arraigned on January 12, 2024, in Kent County Superior Court.
