Walik Morrison (age 41)

Pawtucket, R.I.

On April 1, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Walik Morrison with one count of delivery of a controlled substance resulting in death, six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine, fentanyl, para-fluorofentanyl, tramadol, xylazine, and marijuana), one count of possession of one ounce to one kilogram of a controlled substance (mixture of fentanyl, para-fluorofentanyl, tramadol, and xylazine), and one count of conspiracy to violate Rhode Island’s Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket sometime between January 25, 2022, and February 15, 2022. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on April 6, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.

 

Christina Ait Assi (age 36)

On April 1, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Christina Ait Assi with six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine, fentanyl, para-fluorofentanyl, tramadol, xylazine, and marijuana), one count of possession of one ounce to one kilogram of a controlled substance (mixture of fentanyl, para-fluorofentanyl, tramadol, and xylazine), and one count of conspiracy to violate Rhode Island’s Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket sometime on February 15, 2022. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on April 6, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.
