On April 11, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Diego Fondeur Victoria with one count of possession of over a kilogram of cocaine, one count of conspiracy to possess over a kilogram of cocaine, one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver cocaine.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Central Falls on February 16, 2022. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on May 4, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.
