On June 16, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Damian Perry with one count of first-degree robbery; one count of assault with dangerous weapon, firearm; one count of using of a firearm while in commission of robbery; one count of altering identification marks on a firearm, two counts of simple assault, and one count of resisting arrest.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Woonsocket sometime on March 28, 2022. The Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant was arraigned on June 22, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.

Tony Brown (age 40)

Cranston, RI

On June 16, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Tony Brown with one count of first-degree robbery and one count of vandalism.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on December 16, 2021. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 6, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.

Baranis Sanchez (age 21)

On June 16, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Baranis Sanchez with four counts of first-degree child molestation and one count of second-degree child molestation.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence on diverse dates between March 4, 2014, and March 3, 2017. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 6, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.

Rainer Hernandez (age 20)

Alyshia Tkacs (age 33)

East Providence, RI

On June 16, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Alyshia Tkacs with five counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation.

The alleged acts occurred in the town of Barrington and the city of East Providence between July 30, 2013, and December 11, 2014. The East Providence and Barrington Police Departments conducted the investigation.

The defendant is currently being held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions and is scheduled for a bail review hearing on June 30, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.
