On November 10, 2022, the Providence Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Miguel Carrion with three counts of first-degree sexual assault, six counts of second-degree sexual assault, and four counts of second-degree child molestation.

The alleged acts occurred in the cites of Central Falls and Providence on diverse dates between January 22, 2017, and July 23, 2022. The Central Falls and Providence Police Departments conducted the investigation.

The defendant is currently held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions and is scheduled to be arraigned on November 30, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.
