Kevin Hernandez (age 19)

On September 29, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Kevin Hernandez with one count of first-degree robbery, one count of using a firearm during the commission of crime of violence, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of discharging a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence, and one count of carrying a pistol without a license.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on July 19, 2022. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant will be arraigned on October 6, 2022, in the Providence County Superior Court.

Igor Lopes (age 21)

Bridgewater, MA

On September 29, 2022, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Igor Lopes with two counts of child molestation in the first degree and one count of child molestation in the second degree.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket sometime on April 19, 2022. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on October 19, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.
