On May 20, 2024, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Aidan Gosselin with three counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation.

The alleged acts occurred in the Town of West Warwick on a day between July 3, 2023, and July 4, 2023. The West Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on June 7, 2024, in Kent County Superior Court.
