On March 1, 2024, the Washington County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Antoine Knight with one count of domestic assault with a dangerous weapon in a dwelling, and one count of domestic felony assault with serious bodily injury resulting.

The alleged act occurred in the town of Westerly on or about November 24, 2023. The Westerly Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on March 5, 2024, in Washington County Superior Court.
