"The Providence Police Department, working with the Rhode Island Office of Attorney General, has filed a criminal complaint in Rhode Island charging Louis Coleman (age 32) of Providence, Rhode Island with kidnapping, failure to report death, and mutilation of a dead body. All documents in this case remain confidential at this time. It is not known at this time when the defendant will be brought back to Rhode Island to appear in court. Our office will have no further comment on this matter until the defendant appears in court."
