The alleged acts occurred in the city of Warwick sometime on or about March 6, 2021. The Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation. The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on or about August 11, 2021. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on January 28, 2022 in Providence Superior Court.
