Metal Health Grants

On July 10, 2026, a coalition of 16 attorneys general filed a lawsuit in Washington to prevent the U.S. Department of Education from unlawfully terminating congressionally approved school-based mental health grants. The attorneys general allege that the Department’s plan to terminate the mental health grants violates the Administrative Procedure Act and the U.S. Constitution.
