On May 9, 2025, a coalition of 15 attorneys general filed a lawsuit in Washington challenging the President’s false “energy emergency." We argue that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation have taken illegal action to implement the President’s directive.
